FoldLess Forum Rules

1. Respect people

• No harassment, insults, doxxing or hate speech.
• Criticize the idea, not the person. Disagreement ≠ personal attack.
• Opponents' Winamax screen names: fine for hand analysis, never with intent to harm or to coordinate against a player.

2. 18+ only

• Online poker is prohibited for minors in France. Signing up requires confirming you are 18 or older.
• Any content involving or targeting minors will be removed immediately and its author banned.

3. No promotion of operators not licensed by the ANJ

France strictly regulates online gambling operators through the ANJ (Autorité Nationale des Jeux, the French gaming regulator). Offshore .com sites, illegal casinos and unlicensed operators are banned from promotion on this forum. Any link, referral code or recommendation for an unlicensed operator will get the post removed and its author warned.

Links to Winamax and ANJ-licensed operators: allowed, as long as they don't encourage excessive gambling.

4. No spam, no ads

• No promoting competing third-party tools without context.
• No unsolicited paid coaching offers by DM. Coaches are welcome to share free analytical content — no soliciting.
• Affiliate links are forbidden unless explicitly approved by the moderators.

5. FoldLess is a post-session analysis tool

Any discussion or tutorial encouraging the use of FoldLess (or any other tool) during a live game breaches the operators' terms of service and has no place here. See also our terms of use.

6. Moderation

• Any 18+ user can report content with the “Report” button (a reason is required).
• Moderators handle reports within 48 hours (as required by the French LCEN law).
• Possible actions: content removal, warning, temporary ban (24 h / 7 days / 30 days) or permanent ban for repeat offenses.
• Every admin action is logged in an audit trail that moderators can review (transparency).

7. Contact

To report illegal content, appeal a ban or raise a moderation issue outside the forum, email contact@foldless.app.
